I · The round

Sealed, opened, drawn, paid.

No house wallet in the loop. The contract holds every deposit, draws the block, and lets winners pull their share.

01open

Secret sealed

The operator locks the hash of a random secret into the contract before anyone can deposit. It can't be changed.

020–60 s

Miners dig

The first deposit starts a 60-second clock. Pick 1–25 blocks; your total is split evenly. Solo blocks take one wallet only.

0360 s

Face closes

Deposits stop and the closing block is recorded. The winner depends on that block's hash — unknown to anyone at closing.

04paid

Block drawn

The secret is revealed on-chain, the paying block lights up, and its miners collect. Nobody on it? The pot rolls forward.

II · The blocks

Share the seam, or claim it alone.

Sixteen Split blocks and nine Solo blocks set in an X. Every block has the same 1-in-25 chance — what changes is who you share it with.

16 blocks

Split

Anyone can pile onto a Split block. If it pays, the pot is divided in proportion to what each miner put on it.

9 blocks · marked ×

Solo

The first wallet on a Solo block owns it for the round. Nobody else can join. If it pays, that wallet takes the whole pot.

IV · The terms

Seventy to the face. Thirty to keep it running.

70% of every round goes back to the miners on the paying block. 30% pays for the mine itself: the keeper that opens and settles rounds, the servers, and the people building it. The split is set once at deployment and can never change.

Enforced by the contract
  • Deposits are held by the contract and paid out by claim() — the team cannot withdraw player funds.
  • The operator's secret is committed before deposits open; a wrong secret is rejected.
  • The draw mixes the secret with the hash of the closing block, which did not exist when the round closed.
  • If the operator fails to reveal within 30 minutes, anyone can trigger a full refund.
  • Empty winning block → the prize rolls into the next round, untaxed.
  • Team share fixed at 30% at deployment, immutable. Prizes unclaimed for 90 days return to the pot.
Still requires trust
  • The operator can decline to reveal and force a refund. It cannot pick a winner. You get your ETH back; the round is void.
  • Block hashes come from the Robinhood Chain sequencer. We treat them as unpredictable; a sequencer could in theory influence them.
  • If the keeper bot is down, no new rounds open — funds are never stuck, claims and refunds always work.
  • This is a game of chance with a 30% house share. Expect to lose over time. Play with what you can afford to lose.

Questions.

How is the paying block chosen?

block = keccak256(secret, blockhash(closeBlock), roundId) mod 25 + 1. The secret's hash is committed before deposits open; the closing block's hash is produced by the chain after deposits stop. Both are published on-chain so anyone can recompute the result.

What if I deposit on several blocks?

Your total is divided equally across the blocks you picked. Only the drawn block pays; deposits on other blocks become part of the round's pot.

Can the team touch my ETH?

No. Deposits sit inside the contract. It pays winners on claim() and sends the team its fixed share on settlement. There is no owner withdrawal function. The Verify page shows contract balance ≥ liabilities at all times.

What is the minimum?

0.0001 ETH per block. Gas on Robinhood Chain is a fraction of a cent.

Does $PITHEAD affect the game?

It isn't required to play. The token is the community side of the project; the game pays in ETH.

The face is open.

One round is always waiting for its first miner.
